Pekanbaru – Update kasus terkonfirmasi Covid-19 per 8 Desember 2020, di Provinsi Riau terdapat penambahan 171 kasus baru, naik dari sebelumnya hanya 164 kasus. Sehingga total di Bumi Lancang Kuning mencapai 21.473 orang.
Kemudian berdasarkan data yang dirilis Kementerian Kesehatan, dilaporkan juga di Riau terdapat 139 pasien yang dinyatakan sembuh, turun dari sebelumnya 191 pasien. Sehingga total menjadi 19.108 orang.
Sedangkan kabar dukanya, hari ini di Riau terdapat 7 pasien yang meninggal dunia, naik dari sebelumnya 5 orang. Sehingga total ada 489 pasien Covid-19 yang wafat akibat Covid-19.
Sementara secara nasional, per hari ini dikabarkan terdapat penambahan 5.292 kasus baru, turun dari sebelumnya 5.754 kasus. Sehingga total menjadi 586.842 orang.
Sedangkan kabar baiknya, pasien Covid-19 yang dinyatakan sembuh di Indonesia sebanyak 4.295 orang, turun dari sebelumnya 4.431 orang. Sehingga total keseluruhan pasien yang dinyatakan sembuh di Indonesia sebanyak 483.497 orang.
Terakhir di laporkan juga, kabar dukanya hari ini terdapat penambahan 133 pasien yang meninggal dunia, naik dari sebelumnya 127 orang. Sehingga total sudah 18.000 pasien meninggal akibat virus Sars Cov 2 itu.
