infopelalawan – Usai terlibat aktif dalam kampanye salah satu pasangan calon Pilkada Pelalawan 2020, Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau, berinisial BH divonis empat bulan penjara Tak hanya itu, terdakwa juga dikenai denda Rp2 juta, subsider satu bulan kurungan oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Pelalawan.
Melalui sidang vonis yang dilaksanakan di PN Pelalawan pada Jumat 27 November 2020, terdakwa BH dijerat dengan undang-undang tentang netralitas ASN dengan sanksi maksimal enam bulan.
Koordinator Divisi Hukum, Hubungan Masyarakat, Data dan Informasi Bawaslu Kabupaten Pelalawan, Khaidir melalui pernyataan yang diterima di Pekanbaru, mengatakan bahwa BH ikut berperan aktif pada sebuah kegiatan kampanye dialogis salah satu pasangan peserta Pilkada di Desa Sering, Kecamatan Pelalawan, pada 15 Oktober 2020.
“BH sempat diperingatkan Pengawas Kelurahan/Desa saat melakukan pemasangan bendera partai politik, namun terdakwa tidak mengindahkan peringatan tersebut,” kata Khaidir seperti dikutip Pikiranrakyat-Depok.com dari Antara.
Saat kampanye dialogis berlangsung, terdakwa BH yang merupakan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) memberikan kata sambutan mewakili tuan rumah.
Tidak hanya itu, BH juga membaca doa dan berjoget di dalam kegiatan tersebut.
Atas kasus ini, Khaidir berharap agar seluruh ASN dan pegawai di lingkungan pemerintah non-ASN untuk selalu menjaga netralitas dirinya dengan tidak menunjukkan keberpihakannya, mengunggah maupun memberikan tanda like pada unggahan salah satu paslon maupun tim kampanye.***
